The 2026 LunarG Vulkan Ecosystem Survey has just been posted and is ready for your input!
We conduct this annual survey to gather direct feedback from Vulkan developers like you. Your responses play a crucial role in shaping the direction of the Vulkan Working Group (at Khronos) and LunarG’s own efforts to strengthen and evolve the Vulkan ecosystem.
Over the past years, developer input from these surveys has directly influenced priorities for SDK improvements, validation layers, new tools (like GFXReconstruct and others), better platform support, documentation, and much more. The results help ensure that Vulkan continues to meet real-world needs across gaming, simulation, CAD, machine learning, and other GPU-accelerated applications.
By taking just a few minutes to complete the survey, you’re helping the entire ecosystem move forward—and that ultimately benefits everyone building with Vulkan, from individual hobbyists to large teams at leading companies.
